Health facilities capital program manual

This manual describes the responsibilities, accountabilities and processes for the planning and delivery of the Health Facilities Capital Program. It is developed collaboratively by Alberta Health, Alberta Infrastructure and Alberta Health Services, in accordance with the priorities outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding between the three parties and under the guidance of a Joint Steering Committee. This manual supersedes the Health Capital Planning Manual, 3rd Edition.
